Customer Support

We are responsible for answering customer phone calls and overseeing transfers, creating memos or newsletters and assisting with planning travel details. We can also help you maintain social networking platforms or customer support channels

Responsibilities:

✔️ Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
✔️ Create Weekly Reports of the transaction and growth of the tasks that have been assigned to them
✔️ Ensure customer satisfaction through maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
✔️ Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
✔️ Upselling products/services: Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
✔️ Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
✔️ Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
✔️ Create SOP / Create, review, and organize spreadsheets and keep online records
