As a 3rd generation real estate professional, Joshua was born into the real estate business. Before he could walk, he was “sitting” on open houses with his grandmother. At the age of 19 he officially joined his family business and began helping property owners buy, sell, lease and manage their properties. Over the past 20 years he has built and grown successful Real Estate Sales, Mortgage, Property Management and Construction businesses. He attributes a big part of his success to the discovery and utilization of hiring Virtual Assistants. Select Virtual was founded out of a desire to help other real estate professionals achieve their dreams through hiring Virtual Assistants to leverage their time and expand their capability tenfold.

Eric Caliboso

COO & Co-Founder
Eric Caliboso is the Chief Operating Officer and is one of the visionary founders of Select Virtual. With a diverse range of expertise and an unwavering passion for the real estate industry, Eric is a dynamic force in the field. Having graduated from the prestigious Polytechnic University of the Philippines with a degree in Political Science, Eric has always possessed a keen interest in understanding the complexity of society and its impact on various sectors, particularly real estate. Eric currently serves as a real estate consultant and advisor for Del Rey Urban Brokerage, a top real estate brokerage in California. In addition to this role, he has held significant roles at Westside Property Management, one of the leading property management companies in the Westside. He initially served as the Operations and Compliance Manager, overseeing and ensuring smooth operations. He continues to contribute his expertise and real estate knowledge as a Consultant for the property management company, providing valuable insights and guidance, further enhancing its success. As an expert in Multifamily Real Estate, Eric provides his insights on real estate investments based on his extensive involvement and experience in the real estate business within Los Angeles and Orange County. His areas of expertise include leasing, facilitating property sales, evaluating investment properties, connecting clients with professional property management companies, coordinating property refinancing with renowned multifamily lenders and connecting clients with 1031 Exchange experts and a whole lot more. Understanding the unique needs and challenges of real estate professionals, Eric has built Select Virtual to cater specifically to these requirements. His vision for Select is simple: to provide efficient and unparalleled virtual assistance services that benefit clients and professionals in the industry that he loves.

Having honed his skills in the hospitality industry, Jules’ career began as a hotelier in Macao, where he thrived in delivering outstanding customer service within a renowned five-star hotel. His unwavering dedication and commitment to creating memorable experiences for guests and clients set him apart in the industry. Building on his success in the hotel sector, Julienne transitioned into the virtual assistance field, specializing in property management in California. Over the past two years, he has refined his skills as a virtual assistant, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction through tasks such as leasing coordination, tenant communication, accounting and more. His in-depth knowledge of the industry enables him to efficiently handle various responsibilities, providing exceptional support to clients. She is also an active volunteer and proud member of a non-profit, non-government animal welfare. She dedicates some of her time and energy to helping animals in need. This work has taught her the importance of empathy, patience, and the ability to adapt to various situations. Before venturing into the Real Estate Virtual Assistant industry, where she deeply understands this niche's unique needs and demands, Bella honed her skills and expertise as an Executive Assistant. She worked with PowerMac Center, the authorized Apple reseller in the Philippines, and Sun Life Insurance Company, where she gained valuable knowledge in providing top-notch administrative support and managing operations efficiently. She also further developed her abilities in organizing, planning, and executing strategic initiatives. Her time in these demanding roles has equipped her with the necessary skills to excel in the fast-paced virtual assistant services industry environment. Driven by her entrepreneurial spirit, Bella is also a co-owner of a successful laundry shop and coffee shop business in the Philippines.
