We Responsible for all of the communication and documentation involved in a real estate transaction. This includes administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, listing properties, preparing contracts, and collecting deposits.
Responsibilities:
✔️ Review all documents to verify correct signature and dates ✔️Data entry into CRM used ✔️Understand contracts in order to summarize all important terms, conditions and contingency dates ✔️Communicate with the agent throughout the transaction ✔️Draft any contract addendum needed and keep records of them ✔️Enter listings in MLS ✔️Commission info for Broker
